Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to maximize performance.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Create high-converting content and ad campaigns that drive results.
• Analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and refine marketing strategies for better ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, paid advertising, and social media algorithms.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and paid ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Excellent creative and content development skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
