Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage content (posts, graphics, videos, etc.) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, and conversions).
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Matriculation (Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Passion for social media marketing and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Experience with social media tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is a plus.
