Job Description:

The IT Manager - CCTV Network and Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the CCTV network and IT infrastructure. This role requires expertise in networking, security protocols, and troubleshooting complex systems to ensure seamless operations. The candidate will oversee installations, monitor network performance, and ensure security compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and related hardware/software.
• Monitor and manage CCTV network performance for high availability.
• Maintain detailed logs of CCTV activities, including access and incidents.
• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Ensure CCTV systems comply with security policies and industry standards.
• Implement and monitor security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct audits of CCTV logs and network activity to detect vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support and training for staff on CCTV and network systems.
• Lead IT projects related to CCTV upgrades and network expansions.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate/A-Level.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT networking and CCTV management.
• Strong understanding of network configurations, switches, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining CCTV systems.
• Ability to manage IT projects and implement security measures.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MIT (Management of Information Technology) preferred.
