Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Google SEO Specialist & Google Ads Expert to enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and mentoring the Google Ads team. This role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, and campaign optimization to maximize online visibility and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and target high-performing keywords.
• Execute and manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking for on-page SEO.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes.
• Build and manage backlinks to enhance domain authority and SERP rankings.
• Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to support organic growth.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content.
• Generate monthly SEO performance reports with insights for improvement.
• Google Ads Strategy (Consulting Role): Mentor the Google Ads team, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven solutions for optimization.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
• Proven track record in improving search rankings and running successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Experience in technical SEO, link-building, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills for optimizing campaigns.
