Job Description:

Conduct technical training on electrical and mechanical equipment at AJWA. Train engineers in energy conservation and energy audits. Assist the Principal in course development, training sessions, and evaluations. Plan, organize, and conduct on-the-job training and post-training follow-ups. Develop training materials, including flyers, templates, and schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for engineers and technicians.
• Ensure training sessions align with industry standards and best practices.
• Assess trainees' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Maintain and update training records and documentation.

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of energy conservation and audit methodologies.
• Experience in technical training and course development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
