Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer segmentation, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Design advanced marketing strategies using segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including design, targeting, testing, deployment, and analysis.
• Analyze key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and generate actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with social media, content, and digital marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Stay updated on email/SMS marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
• Expertise in Klaviyo for campaign creation, automation, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of the US market, including B2B and B2C behavior.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills for personalized messaging.
• Proficiency in data analysis to optimize campaign performance.
• Familiarity with email/SMS marketing design best practices, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of email/SMS marketing regulations.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
