Lead and manage all phases of international Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering and business process analysis to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Conduct business process analysis workshops to understand client needs and translate them into Odoo solutions. Design and configure Odoo modules and functionalities to meet client specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Collaborate with the development team to communicate customization requirements and ensure smooth implementation. Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for client users.
