Job Description:

We are seeking a Territory Sales Officer to join our team at a leading pet food importer in Karachi. The role involves managing sales operations, developing relationships with key clients, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in key account management and corporate sales within the FMCG industry, particularly in the pet food sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the pet food industry
• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market visits to promote and increase product visibility
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate/A-Level
• Minimum experience: 3 years in sales, preferably in the pet food/FMCG industry
• Experience with LMTs, SMTs, and IMTs is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage key accounts and corporate sales effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools
