Job Description:

Shark Innovation Labs is looking for a Jr. Process Analyst (Industrial Engineer) to analyze and optimize business processes. This role involves working with stakeholders, documenting workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring efficiency across various functions.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Analyze current processes and propose optimized solutions.
• Create process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement and monitor new processes for efficiency.
• Establish KPIs to track process performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure process alignment.
• Provide reports, updates, and training for process adoption.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Maintain meeting minutes, schedules, and project summaries.

Requirements:
• Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work with stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor in meetings and collaborations.
