Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Childcare Teacher to manage daycare operations, implement curriculum, and ensure a nurturing learning environment. The role involves supervising children’s well-being, planning educational activities, mentoring staff, and maintaining a structured yet engaging space for child development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children’s basic care needs, including feeding, hygiene, and grooming.
• Plan and implement daily learning activities per the curriculum.
• Encourage positive behavior and foster age-appropriate socialization.
• Identify and address learning or behavioral concerns.
• Maintain progress reports and provide updates to parents.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
• Lead and mentor assistant teachers and staff.
• Report any health or developmental concerns to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Undergraduate degree in Education, Sociology, Arts, or related field.
• ECE certification is a strong advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of child development and ECE.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Patience, attentiveness, and a nurturing approach.
