Job Description

muSharp, a global software development partner specializing in complex, non-standard e-commerce and digital transformation, is seeking a talented GenAI and NLP Engineer. This role involves developing AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, AI search systems, and intelligent document processing tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize LLM-based applications, chatbots, and RAG-powered AI agents.
• Research and implement advanced NLP techniques for text understanding, summarization, and generation.
• Design and integrate vector search and semantic retrieval systems.
• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs and deep learning models on cloud or on-premise infrastructures.
• Work with OCR and computer vision for document automation, KYC verification, and CCTV analytics.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with real-world applications.
• Stay updated with advancements in NLP, AI frameworks, and model optimization.

Requirements

• Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and chatbot development.
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.).
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding-based retrieval.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face).
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and API integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
