Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator to enhance brand visibility and business growth. The role involves social media engagement, product promotion, customer outreach, and market research. You will interact with customers, manage client lists, and implement strategies to drive engagement and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Send friend requests daily to 10 new agro-related contacts and share relevant ads.
• Reach out to five old customers for new order inquiries.
• Contact potential or existing customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp for promotions.
• Create and maintain separate customer lists (shopkeepers, vendors, farmers) in Excel.
• Conduct competitor research, analyze pricing, and document findings.
• Enroll in and complete online courses on social media marketing and customer service.
• Implement new business growth strategies from online resources.
• Assist with additional office-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for customer and vendor list management.
• 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new strategies and techniques.
