Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site, and in-field role based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales and business development, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. The role requires proactive engagement through customer visits, cold calling, social media, and participation in industry events to expand the company’s market reach. The candidate must demonstrate excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills to ensure successful deal closures and long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new B2B customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular customer visits, cold calls, and attend industry events to generate leads.
• Promote and represent the company’s products and services in the target market.
• Provide timely follow-ups both internally and externally to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare reports, analyze sales data, and provide feedback for business improvement.
• Deliver excellent customer service to strengthen client retention and satisfaction.
• Meet assigned sales targets and complete daily/monthly tasks.
• Assist with various office tasks and coordination activities as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in plastics, polymers, coatings, inks, textiles, chemicals, or packaging industries.
