Job Description:

Hard Stone Enterprises is seeking an experienced RCM Specialist – Medical Billing with expertise in Accounts Receivables (AR) management. The role involves handling denial management, appeals, payment posting, and communication with insurance providers to ensure efficient revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivables (AR) and optimize collections
• Analyze ERAs & EOBs to suggest potential solutions
• Handle Denial Management, Appeals, and Payment Posting
• Communicate effectively with insurance providers and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and MS Word
• Ensure smooth revenue cycle operations and identify process improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivables and Medical Billing
• Denial Management, Payment Posting, AR Planning, Microsoft Excel & Word
• Strong verbal & written English communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with insurers and resolve billing issues
