Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Discord and Twitch Chat Sales Representative to engage with potential customers, assist them in the sales process, and help drive conversions. This commission-based role offers up to 20% commission on monthly sales, with additional bonuses and perks like cars, bikes, mobiles, and laptops.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via Discord chat, answering inquiries about products/services.
• Guide customers through the sales process, providing product details and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone while interacting with users.
• Keep track of sales and customer feedback, providing regular reports to management.
• Respond promptly to customer messages and resolve any issues or questions.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Promote special offers, discounts, and new products/services to increase sales.
• Manage Discord server channels and handle sales conversations effectively and professionally.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track customer interactions and sales.
• Familiarity with Discord is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM).
