Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Finance & Tax Officer to oversee tax compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory adherence, manage audits, and support financial decision-making within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all tax laws, including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and provide tax planning strategies.
• Assist with tax audits and coordinate with tax authorities.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, bank reconciliations, and accounting records.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with financial analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments for financial compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tax and accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
