Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Finance & Tax Officer to oversee tax compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory adherence, manage audits, and support financial decision-making within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws, including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and provide tax planning strategies.
- Assist with tax audits and coordinate with tax authorities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, bank reconciliations, and accounting records.
- Support budgeting and forecasting with financial analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments for financial compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in tax and accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
