• Manage and grow freelancing accounts (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
• Develop business strategies to expand market reach
• Identify and generate leads through various online channels
• Pitch company services to potential clients and close deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure continued engagement
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine business approaches
• Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in online sales, lead generation, or freelancing platforms
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
