Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to create visually compelling and innovative designs that align with client requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging UI/UX solutions, collaborating with teams, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute visual concepts for projects.
• Develop innovative and engaging visual content.
• Translate client briefs and ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Create storyboards, mock-ups, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual communication and design.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide creative solutions.
• Ensure all visual content meets quality standards and project deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.
• Investigate user experience design requirements.
• Develop and conceptualize UI/UX design strategies.
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions using wireframes, flow diagrams, prototypes, and storyboards.
• Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, layouts, and landing page flows.
• Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the eCommerce/IT industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and UX/UI understanding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and solve problems independently.
• Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
