Job Description:

We are seeking an Order Processing Specialist to manage order fulfillment, logistics, and customer relations within the EU. The ideal candidate will oversee transportation, customs clearance, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire order processing within the EU.
• Organize transportation and customs clearance.
• Ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and Procurement Management in Konstanz.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring smooth agreements.
• Generate weekly reports on order processing and sales.
• Continuously optimize sales and logistics processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, logistics, or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an independent, solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with WMS is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is a plus.
