We are seeking a motivated Client Services Representative to join our team in Karachi. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, inviting leads to visit the office, answering inquiries, and providing on-site and on-call counseling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Call leads to invite them to visit the office and provide necessary information.
• Answer customer inquiries and offer support via phone and in-person meetings.
• Provide counseling and guidance on-site and on-call.
• Maintain client records and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with team members to improve client experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
