Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team in Islamabad. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties while providing expert market insights and strategic sales solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, has strong negotiation skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and property trends.
• Arrange and conduct property tours for potential buyers and investors.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions on property transactions.
• Negotiate deals to ensure the best price for clients.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote properties.
• Coordinate transactions with banks, legal teams, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property developers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate/A-Level education.
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office & CRM software (preferred).
• Passion for sales, client success, and business development.
