Job Description:

Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Lead and manage a team of 10 AI professionals, providing mentorship and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions that align with business objectives. Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights, supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Utilize TensorFlow and other advanced tools to build, train, and deploy powerful AI models. Monitor the performance of AI systems, conducting regular evaluations and refinements based on feedback and new data. Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders, effectively communicating AI insights and progress.
