Job Description

We are seeking a System / Network Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure data protection through backup and recovery solutions. The role also involves monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, and optimizing systems for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and optimize systems for reliability.
• Manage virtualization using VMware ESXi and Windows Server.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions to ensure data protection.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MCSE and Networking.
• Experience with VMware ESXi and Windows Server.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
