About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call center recruitment, showcasing their ability to source, screen, and onboard top talent. This role is pivotal in ensuring we maintain a high-performing workforce aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for call center positions.
• Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Source and screen potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further evaluation rounds.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, specifically for call centers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools.
• Ability to work efficiently during night hours.
