Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Education Counselor to assist students with their educational planning and career goals. This role involves advising students on course selection, university applications, and career paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a deep understanding of education systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students on academic programs, universities, and career options.
• Assist students in identifying their strengths and interests to make informed educational decisions.
• Guide students through the process of applying to universities, including preparing documents, writing personal statements, and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on global education systems, programs, and scholarship opportunities.
• Offer advice on study visas, accommodations, and other essential aspects of studying abroad.
• Conduct career assessments and help students align their education with future job prospects.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and events related to education and career development.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress, counseling sessions, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with schools, universities, and education agencies to stay informed of any changes in admission requirements or opportunities.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Education Counselor or in a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of educational systems and career counseling practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage various student cases.
• Proficiency in using educational software and databases.
