Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Trainee at Integriti Group Inc. will support the HR team in sourcing and delivering qualified candidates. This trainee position offers the potential for permanent employment based on performance. The role includes coordinating interviews, pre-screening candidates, meeting recruitment KPIs, and maintaining an active pipeline to meet both short- and long-term hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of effective and proactive hiring strategies to attract top candidates.
• Coordinate applicants, conduct interviews, and manage recruitment steps.
• Conduct pre-screening, including technical questionnaires.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and metrics based on established goals.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist the HR team in recruitment tasks and contribute to department success.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Self-learner with the ability to learn through online resources.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and plan effectively, managing multiple positions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with international candidates and team members.
• Ability to establish and execute effective recruitment plans.
