Job Description:

NextChainx is seeking a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications. The role involves working with Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and APIs to create data-driven solutions while ensuring high-performance back-end services. As a team lead, you will guide ten developers in best practices, Object-Oriented Programming, and Unit Testing to drive successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality Python applications
• Build interactive features using Flask and related frameworks
• Utilize Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and manipulation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
• Integrate third-party APIs to enhance product functionality
• Conduct unit testing and promptly resolve bugs
• Lead and mentor a team of ten developers, ensuring best coding practices
• Stay updated on Python development trends and advancements
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality
• Document processes, systems, and technical specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Python Developer
• Strong knowledge of Python, Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and APIs
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming and Unit Testing
