Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, and maintain small- to large-scale construction projects safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze maps, reports, and test results.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies, creating blueprints that meet technical specifications.
• Assess risks, materials, and costs for projects.
• Provide advice and resolve problems or deficiencies creatively.
• Oversee and mentor staff while liaising with various stakeholders.
• Deliver completed structures and services for use.
• Monitor project progress, compile reports, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Manage budgets and procure necessary equipment and materials.
• Comply with safety guidelines, permits, and regulations, and prepare technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in civil engineering (5–10 years).
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management and supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional engineer license required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
