Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive in the Paint Industry to promote and sell the company’s products, maintain relationships with customers, and meet sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, delivering sales presentations, and working closely with the marketing and product teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell the company’s products or services.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions to address them.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Fulfill sales targets and recovery targets.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts.
• Close sales deals efficiently and professionally.
• Provide regular sales reports to management regarding progress and challenges.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Ensure all sales documentation is compliant with company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Paints industry.
