Job Description:

Vertex Infotech Solutions is seeking a proactive and versatile individual to fill the role of Product Owner. This role is perfect for someone who excels in understanding business needs, facilitating agile practices, and serving as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams. The Product Owner will work closely with all project participants to ensure clear communication of requirements and help design solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Convert business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Define acceptance criteria for deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to identify and prioritize business goals.
• Communicate requirements effectively to all project participants.
• Work closely with product owners and developers to design solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
