Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketer and Google Campaign Expert to lead our digital marketing initiatives with a focus on designing and executing high-performing Google Ads campaigns. The role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, drive measurable results, and help achieve business goals. You will be responsible for managing various Google Ads campaigns and integrating them with broader digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Google Ads Campaign Management
• Design, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to target high-converting audiences.
• Manage budget allocation to maximize ROI and ensure cost efficiency.
• ROI Strategy Development
• Develop and implement ROI-driven strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a specialization in Google Ads campaign management.
• Expertise in ROI-driven strategies and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
