IMMI Garments (Pvt) Ltd is hiring an Assistant Director of Marketing to support the marketing team in achieving business goals and executing effective campaigns. The role involves developing branding strategies, pricing models, sales plans, and loyalty programs while ensuring client retention and brand growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketing Directors in formulating branding strategies, pricing schemes, and sales plans.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
• Develop and refine marketing models to meet business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and create loyalty programs to enhance retention.
• Support project management by tracking assignments and ensuring marketing objectives are met.
• Effectively communicate the brand message to target audiences through promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends.
