Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager (Polymer Products) to oversee the quality control operations of our polymer manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in quality control management, specifically within the polymer or manufacturing industry. This role requires a solid understanding of polymer materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control testing methods.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Control Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the quality control department, ensuring all polymer products meet established specifications and industry standards. Develop and implement effective QC procedures, testing protocols, and inspection processes.

• Product Quality Testing: Conduct and monitor quality tests on polymer products throughout the production process. Review test results and ensure they comply with quality standards.

• Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: Identify and address any quality issues or defects in polymer products. Lead root cause analysis to find solutions, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of quality control technicians. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team is proficient in quality procedures and tools.

• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all QC activities comply with internal and external regulations, such as ISO 9001. Maintain accurate and updated documentation on quality control activities, test results, and compliance records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in quality control management within the polymer or manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of polymer materials, manufacturing processes, and QC testing methods.
• ISO 9001 or Six Sigma certification (preferred, not required).
