Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AR Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of denial management, appeals, and payment posting. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments, and handling communication with insurance companies and other stakeholders in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) process effectively.
• Handle denial management, file appeals, and ensure accurate payment posting.
• Communicate with insurance companies and other parties involved in the RCM.
• Review and follow up on unpaid claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Work with the finance team to track and report on outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions and activities

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as an AR Specialist in medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of denial management, appeals, and payment posting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with insurance companies and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for reporting and communication.
• Intermediate/A-Level education.
• Degree Title: AR Specialist or equivalent.
