Job Description;

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a full-time, on-site role. The manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and optimize processes for efficiency. Requirements:

• At least 4 years in production management, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the technical glove manufacturing process
• Proficiency in production coordination and administration
• Strong mathematical knowledge for process optimization.
