Job Description:

ForunPoint Pvt Ltd, a rapidly growing food delivery service based in Lahore, is seeking a Program/Project Manager with 2 years of experience. This office-based role requires leadership skills and expertise in agile methodologies to oversee and drive projects in the fast-paced food delivery industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project goals aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and sprint schedules, facilitating agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, marketing) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business needs.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address blockers to keep the team on track.
• Track key performance metrics, report project status to senior management, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders, analyze project outcomes, and refine agile processes for future project performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding and experience with agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to track project progress, manage risks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the food delivery or similar fast-paced industry is a plus.
