Job Description:

Handle inbound sales calls for a leading US-based telecommunications service provider. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and offering suitable solutions. Work towards meeting sales targets and achieving high conversion rates. Benefit from an uncapped commission plan and additional performance incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional manner and identify their needs.
• Promote services and products to customers, ensuring satisfaction and closing sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a US-based call center, handling inbound sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with a US or neutral accent.
• Fluency in English or Spanish is required.
• Matriculation/O-Level education or equivalent.
• Ability to work in the third shift (night shift) in Lahore.
• Reliable commute or ability to relocate to Lahore.
