Job Description

As a Customer Relations Officer (CRO), your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting the company's brand. You will actively build and maintain relationships with customers while ensuring their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and detailed product or service information to customers.
• Resolve complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on inquiries or complaints to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create personalized solutions for customers.
• Promote company offerings, including special deals, new products, or services.
• Diffuse challenging situations with irate or unhappy customers while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer dealing and problem-resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of brand management and upselling techniques.
• Minimum education: Intermediate/A-Level.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
