Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (TeleSales) to join our team in the wholesale industry. The role involves generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. Shift: 8 PM to 3 AM

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales objectives.
• Provide accurate details about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to close sales.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales progress records.
• Address customer objections and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to explain products and services effectively.
• Resilient and motivated to handle rejection.
• Well-organized to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales or telesales will be given preference.

• Base Salary: Starting at PKR 75,000 per month.
