Job Description:

Expert Soft Solution is seeking a talented Node.js Developer to join their team. This role focuses on managing the interchange of data between the server and the users, including the development of server-side logic, maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance. You will also collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements into the application.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Write clean, secure, test-driven, and easily maintainable code.
• Design and maintain databases.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Perform UI/backend tests to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile app developers to meet backend project needs.
• Communicate with project managers and translate complex technical terms into layman’s terms.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in web development.
• Client communication when required.
• Define and document business requirements for system development and testing.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Node.js Developer.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Node.js and frameworks such as Express, Strongloop, and AdonisJS.
• Understanding asynchronous programming and workarounds.
• Knowledge of server-side templating languages (Jade, EJS, Handlebars).
• Familiarity with server-side CSS preprocessors (Stylus, Less).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
• Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and databases.
• Understanding scalable application design principles.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD environments.
• Experience with AWS and cloud application development.
