Job Description:

Pakson International, a market leader in molded plastic furniture, is seeking a full-time Export Specialist based in Gujranwala, Pakistan. The Export Specialist will handle export documentation, manage communication with clients, oversee export processes, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves managing import-export activities and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide information and resolve any issues.
• Manage the entire export process from start to finish.
• Offer exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the export process.
• Oversee import-export activities, ensuring smooth coordination.

Requirements:

• Experience with export documentation and import-export procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in export and customer service.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
