Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in Islamabad. The role focuses on scheduling online meetings with potential clients in international markets, particularly in the USA and UK, to present our ERP system and its features.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the USA and UK markets.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce our ERP software.
- Schedule and confirm virtual meetings between potential clients and sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate communication records and appointments in CRM tools.
- Follow up with leads to ensure seamless meeting setup and address initial queries.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferably B2B or SaaS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for international client engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms like LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or SaaS-based solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
