With our headquarters in the UK and a growing team in DHA, Lahore, we are committed to delivering quality recruitment solutions to ensure excellent care for residents. We are seeking a Recruitment Researcher to support our expanding operations in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates for care home roles in the UK.
• Source and screen CVs using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
• Engage with candidates to understand their experience, qualifications, and interest in available positions.
• Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the recruitment process between candidates and clients.
• Stay updated on trends in care home recruitment and the healthcare industry.
• Support the recruitment team in meeting the hiring needs of UK-based care homes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong research skills with the ability to use multiple recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in recruitment or the healthcare industry is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
