At Rankobiz, we are seeking an experienced social media marketing manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role will also collaborate closely with the SEO and Content Marketing teams to ensure alignment of social media activities with overall marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels, including content creation, posting, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with the SEO and content marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Assist in optimizing social media content for SEO to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
• Work closely with the content marketing team to produce engaging, shareable content that resonates with target audiences.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry changes to stay ahead.
• Run paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries on social platforms.
• Create monthly reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all social media accounts.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in social media marketing, including strategy development and management.
• Proven track record of growing and engaging followers across multiple social platforms.
• Experience collaborating with SEO and content marketing teams to align social media with broader digital strategies.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
