Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts, from concept development to final execution, using your creativity and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs, including logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website visuals, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all design work.
• Design graphics and visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Create print-ready designs for various materials such as business cards, banners, packaging, and advertisements.
• Develop custom illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to enhance design projects.
• Determine the best layout, composition, and typography for each design project, considering hierarchy, readability, and visual impact.
• Incorporate client feedback and maintain effective communication throughout the design process.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and competitor analysis to bring fresh and innovative design concepts to the table.
• Utilize industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Pay attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in design elements, alignment, color consistency, and file preparation.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of creative designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Experience in Figma, Wireframing, and HTML will be required.
