The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee issues and complaints, supporting the hiring process, and sourcing candidates from various recruiting agencies and online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR managers in daily HR operations.
• Handle employee issues and complaints, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Help in onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
• Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and manage online ads for job postings.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong, confident personality focused on personal growth and enhancement.
• Experience in the HR field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Willingness to be placed in the designated work location.
