Job Description

The Trainee Sales Executive will provide technical support, communicate with clients, drive sales, and generate leads daily. The role includes understanding the company's products, managing customer queries, attending meetings and demos, onboarding new customers, ensuring compliance, engaging with clients, and conducting market research.

Responsibilities

• Learn and enhance knowledge of company products and services.
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and official tools.
• Set and attend meetings and product demos online and in person.
• Manage onboarding requests and ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Stay available for calls and emails to address queries promptly.
• Engage proactively with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Manage and update customer documentation, including contracts.
• Ensure services align with regulatory SOPs and company policies.
• Provide training to customers on solutions, products, and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.E. Electrical, or Electronics.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication and sales management skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to customer and market needs.
