Job Description:

Neurol Tech is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and lead sales efforts. The role is focused on generating new business, managing client needs, and supporting overall company growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and lead new business development.
• Oversee and lead a Call Center Team to generate leads and manage the sales cycle.
• Generate business through Google AdWords and pitch SEO services to clients.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Create detailed lists of company offerings.
• Identify and approach new customers to expand the client base.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA/BBA, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum two years of experience in SEO within a Call Center environment.
• At least one year of experience in the UK and USA markets.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing.
