Job Description:

ForunPoint Pvt Ltd is looking for a professional and reliable Delivery Rider to join our team. As a Delivery Rider, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of food and other items from restaurants and stores to our valued customers in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver orders from designated restaurants or stores to customers' locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a professional approach.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and helpful.
• Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, etc.).
• Report any issues, delays, or maintenance needs to the management team promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a delivery driver or similar role (preferred).
• A valid motorcycle/scooter license and a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Lahore's roads and neighborhoods.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to manage delivery tasks efficiently.
