Responsibilities
- Manage and lead sales activities to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and report on sales metrics to the management team.
- Train and support junior sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum of Intermediate/A-Level.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong sales management and sales automation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proven ability to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction.
